Love these! We have a lot of new grads who are finishing their residencies and they will definitely use these. Much better than SBAR reports.

Here is my revised version of a cheat sheet I found on here. I made it so that I use 1 sheet (2 sided) for each mother-baby dyad and for twins which I had twice during my postpartum clinical.
