Is anyone a L&D Nurse in the Sacramento Roseville area?

Hi,
I am a RN with 9 years of experience in L&D and I took a break for my family for four years and am trying to get back into it. Unfortunately we moved from the SF bay area which is where I worked and had all my nursing contacts and am applying here in the Sacramnto area with no luck- I am sure part of this is due to the economy and the fact that I have been out for four years. I think I am going to need a contact to get me back in. Is there anyone out there with some advice on how to network?
