Question about BSN @ Hunter or LEHMAN

I am a student who is going to be entering Hunter as a transfer student for Fall 2009. I am entering as a History major but I hope to get into the program at Hunter or Lehman.
I have all of my prereqs complete with B's or above except General Chem(premed level): B-, Organic/Biochemistry:C, Stats: C+, APII: C. I plan on taking these classes over again. My plan is attend Hunter and aim for 3.7-4.0 for the Fall semester and apply for Fall 2010. If I don't get in I will continue there and keep up the good grades and apply again for Fall 2011. If I don't get in I will graduate and apply to the accelerated program at Concordia- I live in Mount Vernon so it's basically in my backyard.
Anyways, can any of you who did get into one of the programs at Hunter or Lehman tell me your stats (GPA, and test score), just so I can gauge myself and have an idea what those admins are looking for.
Thank you.

I just graduated from Lehman. I was accepted with GPA 3.9 as a second degree student. I loved the program. the instructors are great. If you have more questions I will be happy to help.

hello, Accel2010.
i applied hunter last year and was accepted but i couldn't go for personal issues.
Hunter consider all your classes including pre-requisites so if you got D in History, they still consider that grade even though it isn't a pre-requisite.
At hunter, my GPA was 3.8 but i transfered from a cc in NJ and total GPA was 3.3 when i applied. I think Hunter consider your NLN score more than GPA.
Two of my frends got accepted and their GPA was 3.0 and 3.1 but their NLN score was 154 and 158.
Hunter is highly competitive because so many students applies. But, the higher score you got in NLN, the more chance you can get in.
Lehman, they only consider your pre-requisite courses. I applied Lehman and i got all A's in science courses.
Oh, one more thing,, for both schools, even though you repeat whatever classes you took, they only consider 1st grade. So, do not repeat courses!!
Instead, take some easy classes to boost your grade up.
