what is a good nursing capping ceremony theme?

so we will have our capping this july and we need to come up with a good theme that will really inspire. do you have any idea? your help will be much appreciated. thanks in advance!

well if you'll have speakers talking when this caping is going on pick something upbeat, happy and if you're going ot have speakers talking while all this is going on then go with instrumental so they can turn up / down as need without words to distract from speakers. Google RN pinning ceremony and watch a few of others youtube posts to get idea what others are doing. Good luck! ech organizing capping ceremonies lotsa work make sure to delegate and do it early
