Trying to sign up for Fingerprinting for Nursing Licensure in TX

I hae a question. When I went to the website to schedule and appt to have my fingerprinting done for my nurse licensure, it asked me what my residency status is. The only options were: US citizen, greencard holder, or visa holder. I am none of the above. My parents had overstayed their visa, and I currently only have a file in process that my lawyer is working on. What should I do? Can I sign up for it?
