Not to be rude, but my thoughts exactly.

. I have to agree with the other two posters. I don't see it as tricky...or confusing.

Why not tell us what you think the answer is and your rational behind picking that answer.

    THreads merged.....

Welcome to AN! The largest online nursing community!

We are happy to help with homework and some members have been very nice to give you answers to other questions.....but it is our goal for you to be the best nurse you can be and giving you the answer, doing it for you, is not the best way to help you. What do you think the answer is? What about this question confuses you?

What class is this for? What semester are you? How long have you been in the ER or worked an ER nurse?

Well, piece of cake for an experienced nurse might be tricky to a student, so I'll give the OP a pass on that one....

To at least get the discussion going...for choice A, what gives the nurse the authority to do this?

As for the assessment data presented, what does it suggest to you?

I think it's C. But I'd also get VS and take a listen to LS

I think just giving the answers to nursing students does them a disservice. They need to understand the rationale but before I can help them with that...I need to know what they know or what they think.......it will help them become the best nurse they can be.
