I have a test next week on BPH, Renal Disease, and shock. Any one have any study strategies they would like to share???

BPH- distended bladder, medications are significant, non-cancerous thus prostate levels not involved
Renal Disease- The 3 phases, oliguria vs. non-oliguria, measure UOP/hourly if not more frequently should not be less than 300 ml/hr???. Hemodialysis vs. Peritoneal dialysis pros. vs. cons of those, potentially can lead to shock if kidneys are not profusing
Shock- need fluids or blood, weak thready pulse, possible dehydration s/s, tachie
