RPN vs PLN

by paisa

Hi everyone,
I live in Canada and will like to know what is the difference between an RPN (registered practical nurse) and an LPN?

They're the same thing, just different title.

I am not sure if they are the same. I just graduated from a 5 semester RPN program and I think that the LPN programs are not as long. I am not sure how the scope of practice differs. Anyone?
