I am looking for sort of cheat sheet for nursing assessments.
I believe Nursing Facts Made Incredibly Quick is the book i'm looking for, but was wondering if there any any alternatives, or free resources on internet.

Feb 12 by tnmarieWe were required to do full head-to-toe assessments on all of our patients in nursing school. I made a cheat sheet to cope with the fact that we went through 4 instructors. As each instructor proceeded to bash the assessment accepted by the previous instructor, I just added their criticisms. This is what I came up with and still use to this day. (Sorry for the scribbles, I've been meaning to retype it). Good luck!
