    Hello,

    I was wondering what are some neuro assessments other than the glascow scale? I have a paper to write about sedation and assessments you do after you take them off the med or while giving them a sedation vacation. I'm a little bit at a loss right now. Any help would be amazing

    Look up Ramsay sedation scale and richmond agitation sedation scale. However, depending on what their diagnosis is a pt on propofol may follow commands on their sedation vacation or they can still be agitated as hell. You want to use a sedation vacation to make sure they can wake up.
