In my care plan i can to give a description of my pt's medical diagnosis which is diabetes, hypertension, and arthritis. Two of the questions i need to answer are common medical interventions/orders and common diagnostic interventions. What is the difference between them two. Please help.

Give me an example from your book of the two....what do you think the difference is?
I don't want to give my interpretation as it may not be what your book says ....give me examples from your notes.

Hi! I'm not too sure as I'm only in my first semester so I would love the answer to this as Well but I'm thinking, Medical diagnoses would be from the doctor' perspective how he would treat it, pharmacology And The other one would be nursing interventions such as What they would do on their shifts to minimize the risk for further Complications.
My thought process BUT I'm not too sure
