    Hey guys, I need help prioritizing the nursing diagnoses I have.

    Impaired skin integrity - 2nd degree laceration during labor
    Pain - pain pre-epidural
    Disturbed sleep pattern - during hospital stay

    Is the order I have it in good enough or should I switch pain with impaired skin integrity?

    Think about what you would want treated first....have had children I will share that I know I have a cut "down there" with stitches but it hurts like the devil. (Hint) I want something for pain before you do anything else.!
