NCLEX correct order of PPE removal and donning?

So what I know is...

Wearing ppe in order:

Hand wash

Gown

Mask

Goggles

Gloves

PPE Removal:

Gloves

Goggles

Gown

Mask

Then I was reviewing the Saunders Q & A book and according to it, the right order of removal is:

GLOVES

MASK

GOWN

GOGGLES

Help I'm confused. Which is right for NCLEX???

I have found both on NCLEX study sites.

But to further confuse the issue....the CDC recommends something different.

Reverse for off. However I found the NCLEX questions to be obvious.

I found the (very few) PPE questions I had were obvious like if soiled do you change. And what do you wear for standard vs contact vs droplet precautions. Such as which PPE is worn for a patient with c. Diff. If same patient was showing signs of pneumonia what PPE would be needed. I found more questions along the line of you have a patient with chicken pox, a patient with +MRSA of a covered wound, and a fresh post op patient which, if any, of these patients could be roomed together. .

^ What she said. If your faculty argues with you on that, you can tell them that if it ever went to court over a standard of care issue, the CDC would trump every nursing textbook on the shelf.

I believe this was from the NCLEX review book/questions.....from SAUNDERS. OP I don't think this one question will make or break your NCLEX...((HUGS))

To me it seems Saunders the one that contradicts CDC.

What I want to know is what order does NCLEX follow?

I heard Kaplan has the same order as Saunders. Correct me if I'm wrong.
