What is with everyone posting about needing to interview people on here? How do you know that the person is who they say they are and licensed as they say they are? It seems much easier to call somewhere close to you and go there and do the interview quick - then you know for sure the person is who they say they are and licensed as they should be and the information they give is factual. Plus it seems quicker and easier than waiting for the right person to reply on here.

Of course, that's not saying that I think there are people on here who are lying or would lie about who they say they are or their credentials, etc. It's just, since it's an online forum - you really can't know for sure.

Also, I don't think any of my instructors would of ever accepted an interview I did over a forum or email of a person I never met or knew nothing about.

But that's just my two-sense. I just keep seeing all these requests to interview people on here and it amazes me how many I have seen lately!

I am confused. If you are a nurse...why not talk to your nurse informatics person in IT? Unless your facility is not documenting electronically, you should have one.
