We are not here to do your research for you. I would recommend searching Google Scholar, CINHAL, or whatever other nursing/health related search engines your school has available

My apologies it was not my intent to have you do my work for me as I have already done a good portion of it. My aim was to network as this site was intended for and see if anyone had any other suggestions. I currently work as a registered nurse and have so for the past 7 yrs so a little professional courtesy would be nice and not just accusations.

But OP, you say you are a student?! You know how it is. College research surely can be completed by one's self.

I don't see why helping students find some information is always such a big deal on this site. Whether anyone would admit it or not we ALL had help at one point or another in school. Yes, I am against giving answers don't get me wrong...But people are always so quick to shut those students down when they ask anything. Isn't that what us caring nurses are supposed to do when a new RN needs help? Point them in the direction of where they can find it? I know my coworkers do but I work at a very supportive and team oriented hospital. But its apparent that not all nurses do by many of the posts I see by new grads. What a shame.

Netglow I am a student I'm an ADN who went back to get his degree. Simya thank you for the support. I never intended to have anyone do my work for me. I just figured my colleagues may have ideas about resources I haven't tapped yet. Never did I imagine this would turn into such a heated topic. No wonder they say nurses eat their young,

Hey it's just part of why you go to college. Research is just that. Research. You learn by looking.

No boo hooing about eating anybody. Don't run off and use that crutch. Your degree will mean you have the smarts to get the degree and be proud of that once you do.

Part of learning research is learning how to FIND the research (hint, not message boards, but rather, professional databases).

    Netglow,

No boo hooing here just stating facts and as far as research I was just asking for resources to help me find the research I need for my project. I have and always will do my own work.
