    My patient is 99 & has chronic renal failure stage IV. Not on dialysis or being treated for this. Has hypertension due to renal failure. Also depression & very mild dementia (I didn't even notice). Is in wheelchair for generalized weekness, can transfer ok. These are the three diagnosis I came up with and I am wondering how to prioritize according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs?

    Adult Failure to thrive
    Impaired physical mobility
    Fatigue
