    Can anyone give examples for short/long term goals and interventions? Med Dx=HIV, nursing Dx=imbalanced nutrition (less than body requirements) r/t recent weight loss 2* HIV Dx. I have 2 priority Dx's, but am struggling to come up with a 3rd, what could I use other than risk for infection?
