Grand Canyon RN to BSN Community/Public Health Class

Anybody around who has completed this class? I am just starting it and have looked at the final assignment with the teaching project. I am kind of drawing a blank on where to go and what topic to cover. I am aware this would vary based on the needs of the specific community but I was just wondering what kinda of topics other people chose for this assignment and where you did the teaching.

And also, I understand I need to find an agency to approve my teaching and then actually do the teaching, but how did you go about that? Just came up with a topic and made the proposal and then started contacting clinics to ask if you can do the teaching? I'm not quite understanding it. I will ask the teacher if need be, but it is technically "in the syllabus", I'm just not understanding how it works, so if anyone has already been through this class and could give me some advice on how to go about it that would be helpful.
