How can we possible answer that? I don't know how patient care has influenced you. If you have hit a writer block, just start writing whatever comes to mind and eventually you should get some good ideas. This is entirely about you.

Sorry, we've already been there & done that. We don't have any desire to do your homework for you. Not sure why you thought we would. This forum is for nurses to communicate with each other, not for handing out answers to nursing students.

Work hard, do your own homework. Be proud of your accomplishments. Come back & chat with us then.

Perhaps start by brainstorming: jot down the sorts of patient care you have done, your feelings about it, was it rewarding and something you want to continue? Was it frustrating and something you think you would like to improve? Did it leave you wondering why you perform some of the actions? Was a patient or staff member memorable? Was it a surprise, disappointment, revelation?

After you get some stuff on paper, study it to see if there is a pattern, and that will point you in the direction of how to write your essay.
