    I have a nursing research class and I need to think of three clinical issues to present on. I already have fall precautions. I need some more ideas.

    No hand washing bc that's already been taken. Please help and thank you!

    When you are in clinicals what issues do you see when you are observing might be issues? Nurse-to-pt ratios would be a good one as would looking at the educational backgrounds of nurses (ie BSN prepared) in relation to pt outcomes.

    What about use of PPE? Sadly that was an issue in my last rotation.

    go to the joint commission webpage and find the national patient safety goals. Might be able to google the goals there are plenty of ideas there.
