Did John paint the room with his bleed? Because I have seen that happen before, and it is NOT pretty...

Ok.....that was fun! Now seriously....
Welcome to AN! The Largest online nursing community!
We are happy to help...however, we require all students to tell us what their research has revealed to them first. Our goal is to help you become the best nurse you can be through research, patient assessment, and critical thinking skills....each of these skills are an important part of that role. We do not do your homework for you.
Is this a real patient? What semester are you? What care plan resource are you using?
Care plans are all about the patient assessment.....now tell me about the patient.

I'm not going to pretend like I have medical experience because well I'm not in nursing school yet. But I did have case studies for my A&P class and I believe there is supposed to be some more information about this "John Adams", other than the poor guy bleeding everywhere...
