- by ayodhya Feb 22, '10Patient is 83years old. Admitting diagnosis is: sepsis, pneumonia and dehydration and a stage 3 pressure ulcer. Past history include: CVA, right side weakness and paresthesia, myocardial infarction and PVD. vital signs are: BP 98/32, HR 88 and regular, RR 38 and laboured, T 38.1 C
Can someone help me to identify this patients primary disease or condition?
Can it be pneumonia?
- Feb 23, '10 by DaytoniteThey already told you in the admitting information. It is sepsis. You can tell from the vital signs.
