Can you help with a r/t for a Care Plan?

  1. Usually I'm okay with care plans, and this one seems like it should be easy but I can't figure out what this is r/t.

Patient has hyperkalemia and anemia, unknown etiology. Ascites, generalized pitting edema, but so far other lab values are within the norm. So, I have excess fluid volume, and I have my a/e/b, but what goes in the r/t?

Really? It's that easy? Maybe I was just overthinking this one, as I had that and deleted it out :chuckle .

    Thanks!
