Swap the top of your stethoscope?

Anyone else change the bell/diaphragm head of their stethoscope. I recently bought a $7 neonate stethoscope and found that I can easily switch between my 'adult' bell and new neonate bell. The sounds are much clearer than just utilizing the 'small bell' on dual stethoscopes.
