new tele nurse

hey all...im a new tele nurse and i want to get a new stethoscope for my new job. currently i have a littmann II SE and can't really hear out of it...was wondering what suggestions other people have. i was thinking of a littman cardiology stethoscope either the cardiology III, master cardiology, or soft touch cardiology.....so what do you think????
