I STILL can't find earpieces small enough!! HELP!

I received my Littmann Cardiology III in the mail the other day and I love it. The first thing I did was put the smaller earpieces on it. However, they still aren't anywhere close to fitting in my ears and forming that "seal" they are supposed to. It is AMAZING how much louder and cleared it gets when I push the earpieces into my ears, but that is hard to do when you are trying to do a BP and need both hands.

I can barely hear a heartbeat on the Cardiology III and then I push the earpieces in where they should be and VIOLA! A very loud and clear heartbeat.

Please help I can't go through my entire nursing school/career having to find a way to hold the earpieces in my ears!
