I am buying my first stethoscope. Input?

This is my first time using this forum, so I wanted to take a second to say hello to everyone out there!

So, I am buying my first stethoscope and I was wondering what you all would recommend. I keep seeing Littman and Ultrascope being mentioned, but I wasn't sure which one to buy (lightweight, cardiology, etc.) And what is the difference in sound quality and getting rid of outside noise between regular stethoscopes and electronic?
