good stethoscope

I'm a brand spanking new nurse and will start tomorrow in a MICU nurse residency program. I was wondering, in you guys opinion, which brand and type of stethoscope is a good. I have a cheap Sprigg that got my through nursing school and I don't know if I can afford that $300 electronic cardiology Littman stethoscope yet. Which one would you recommend? --thank you for your input.

Littman Classic II SE works just fine. You don't need a $300 stethoscope.
