I really like Crocs in the Specialist design...no holes anywhere so your feet are protected in case you splash something on your shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!

I think clogs are super heavy (but wear them every now and then because they're cute, hah..with support hose of course!) and crocs leave no support. Light running shoes seems to work the best for my feet and legs.

I have a fairly narrow heel and these are the only ones I don't have to pad the heel. I also wear knee high support hose which I believe are just as important as a good shoe. Change them after about 3 months and buy them 2 pair at a time so you can switch out every day.

Having flat feet I need the arch and have found Reebok running shoes the best for me. I think a lot depends on your feet.

SAS shoes are the best. I bought my first pair at a Thrift store for $4.00 brand new. I bought the second pair off eBay for $70.00.

I used to swear by Quarks - till they turned on me after 8 months. It wasn't even a gradual decline. One night they were great, and the next....my feet, legs, and back were miserable for nearly my entire shift.

I tried on Dansko's today. I felt the difference while doing laps around the store. They ARE heavy, but not nearly as difficult to walk in as I'd feared. I bought the professional and will start breaking them in tomorrow night. I'm bringing my busted old Quarks to relieve my feet when the breaking-in breaks them

I'm going to be disappointed if these turn into $115 mistakes - but so far so good (at least around the house!)

Hi, I have a pretty slim foot, an average arch, and put the most weight on my heel. I have found that a good pair of Saucony running shoes, works the best on my feet, they last about 1 yr and I never complain of sore feet anymore.
