Spira Question

Before I invest in Spira Shoes, can some of you help with my questions please?

I have plantar fasciitis ... both heels... really bad this week in one heel. ??? Taking prednisone pills helps along with specific a.m. & p.m. stretching. I too can't be on my feet and longs very long it seems. Do you think the Spira shoe would help this?

Also, are STNA's and LPN's and RN's (in Ohio--at Ohio hospitals etc.), really allowed to wear this style of shoe? They look like a tennis shoe.

Thanks.

I have worn spira genesis running shoes for about 2 years. They provide the shock absorption and my feet and legs and back do not bother me at the end of a day. Make sure you get the ones with 3 springs inside. I would not wear anything else! Good luck.
When I had plantar fascitis a few years ago, I wore RC CLOGZ LIGHT AND HAD NO PAIN. WHEN PAIN WAS GONE, I PURCHASED THE SPIRA. NO MORE PAIN ANYWEAR.
