Need shoe advice!

by aprilr

Hi. Recently I started a new job, it is similar to my prior job but something must be different. My feet are KILLING me. I come home at night and cannot sleep because my legs and feet hurt so bad. I am used to walking so I am thinking it is different flooring. Anyway, do any of you have suggestions for good shoes? Price doesn't matter if they will help with the pain! Thanks.

I've worn Z coils for a couple of years now. I know they look a little funny but my back and feet never hurt anymore (I've got bilateral heel spurs so I know about foot and back pain). website: www.zcoil.com check them out. my pairs last me about two years which offsets the cost in my mind. Good luck.

I've been wearing my Nikes lately because my crocs which are comfy, do nothing to help ease my foot pain.

I tried every shoe and insert possible... New Balance (with roll bars and in narrow - have someone at the store help you figure out what you need) with an arch support insert is the only thing I can wear all day.

I have bad bilateral flat feet and plantar faciitis in my right heel. Any thing less than this particular combo and I can't even walk by the end of the day.

I love my Birkenstock clogs--I have the "Boston" style, in white.
