has anyone ever

has anyone ever ordered from Uniform Corner's online site? I have ordered a pair of Landau shoes size 7.5 and got them today. They are a bit small which surprised me because I have bought Landau's before (I think 3 pair in the past) and 7.5 have always fit me. This is a different style but I figured the sizing would at least been the same. Anyhow, I go to look on the website for where to send them for an exchange and all I found on their site was that they won't take shoes back! These shoes have never been worn and still have tags and the box for crying out loud.

So, I emailed the company about the matter and hopefully will have the response I want. After all, I'm only exchanging not returning to get my $$ back, right?

Just wondering if any of you have had any experience with this company. THanks in advance!
