We have a Croc's outlet in town (Allen, TX), so I went there. You can also get them online too though. You print out this foot print thing...but I'd still go try a pair on for size because they fit so differently...

I have two pairs of Crocs and dont have a problem with them. I work in the ER and sometimes i have a tendency to slip in them when running around but..that could just be me..lol.

I bought a white and black pair, buy 1 get 1 half off, at a local sporting goods store. I have been wearing them for about a month now. They are so comfy and I don't feel like I have been on my feet all day after a 12 hour shift. I do get the inevitable croc stop, but I guess that is to be expected.

My company does not allow Crocs, yet they are the only shoes I can wear comfortably throughout my shift. I've found Easy Spirit walking shoes offer comfort, but they don't last as long as Crocs.

I've got Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (a severe case) & I'm limited in footwear choices. I have a co-worker who swears by Z-COIL (www.zcoil) footwear, but I'm reluctant to pay out about $200 bucks for work shoes!
I seem to manage with my Easy Spirit walking shoes, but I'd really prefer something that would make me feel like I did 40 years ago!

Have you tried Klogs? They have a really comfortable cushioned footbed with good arch support. I wear them when I can't wear my crocs and they provide better support than walking shoes in my experience.

Do you have this style of klogs? http://www.shoebuy.com/klogs-springfield/158146/364661
I'm wondering if the top rubs alot? Also, it looks like they would be less apt to make me "roll my ankle"
while wearing them like the danskos did. I just ordered croc specialists in navy blue but would
rather find another nice white shoe.

I love Crocs! I wear the Endeavor style. I work in the ER & am comfy all 12 hours & then some. I have several colors to match my scrubs. I also love my Shox.

I'll have to look up that style, I could use more colors. I like the specialist because of the higher back.

I have these:

They are a little different than the ones you asked about - the top is leather, but they do not rub at all. The insole is really well cushioned and shaped, but I don't wear them as often as my Crocs just because I've gotten spoiled by how lightweight Crocs are. They are great shoes though, they good support without being stiff and hard, and I have never rolled my ankles in them like I did Danskos and Nursemates.

I did find the Crocs Specialist in white, I think I got mine at 6pm.com. It's a good site to check for whatever shoes you want - sometimes they have great sales.
