What happened to S.C.R.U.B.S. ????

I have ordered from this company for a long time and have never really had a problem with them. I have enjoyed wearing their uniforms and loved the compliments I got from both patients and staff alike whenever I wore their colorful scrubs. Now all of a sudden its like they dissappeared. I have been unable to call them or even get any results from their website. They owe me either my money back or the merchandise! I'm sure there are some other nurse's here that have encountered a problem too. I know that I'm not the only one on the face of the earth that orders their products, ohhhh...maybe I was and thats why I'm having this nightmare.

The company is called "S.C.R.U.B.S." . They have a mail order catalog and have stores listed on the back of their catalog in 7 different states. I think the main store is in Santee, California.

I've ordered from SCRUBS before...they really do have the most original selection of scrubs out there. About a year ago, I moved and called them to send me their catalogue at my new address. Still haven't gotten it. I haven't tried to call them since then...maybe they are out of business.

I'm glad you got the catalog but don't try to order anything cuz you won't be able to. All you will get when you call is a recorded message that states "We are no longer taking orders or answering inquiries at this time". I don't know if they are in the process of bankruptcy or what. I got ahold of my credit card company to see if I might have some recourse there. Seeing as how S.C.R.U.B.S. has both MY money and MY merchandise.

That's a shame. Their prints are pretty bright but their stuff is well made and lasts forever. I received an order from them 2 weeks ago with no problems.

S.C.R.U.B.S. had about 10 retail stores around the country and I'm told all shut down suddenly around February 28. The catalog appears to be history too.

I don't know of any way to reach scrubs. A mall where they had a store said they had no working phone for them. One phone number I tried had a recording that said "S.C.R.U.B.S." is no longer taking orders or INQUIRIES." Wonderful !!!

You might try your local Better Business Bureau for info or to file a complaint

You gotta love this company; it was owned by a nurse and they always bragged how they loved making sure their customers were treated well!
