The only thing I do not like about the Littman Select is the tunable diaphragm, so I just got a GRX CD-27 to finish off NS with. It does sound a lot better than that Littman, but that doesn't mean the Littman sucked in any way.

He had tried to teach me with just the basic stehoscopes he uses at work and I was having such a difficult time finding the heart sounds because it picked up so much surrounding noise. But when I tried my new one I could hear every sound so clear and loud comparitively. I start my program in January and cannot wait!
