Scrubs with spandex waistband??

Hi guys,
I really love the Cherokee flexibles scrub pants with the big spandex waistband. They're kind of like maternity pants, but for non-pregnant people:

However, I just got hired at a new hospital and we're only allowed to wear navy. Of course, they don't make them in navy! Do any of you know of any other brand that have a similar style of pant? Thanks!!!

Dickies has some with Spandex waist. I don't know what all colors they are available in, I only have them in white.
