I ordered a few pairs of pants for my clinicals which begin the end of this month two weeks ago (10 working days) and I still have not recieved them! I'm getting worried because if I liked these pants, I was going to order more but now, even if I like the pants, I don't think I want to order from them again.

I did call them and they just told me to "wait a little longer" and we'll put a track on it to see what happened.:trout:

I'm just not a satisfied customer.

Has anyone else had this problem from Jasco?

I have ordered numerous times from Jasco & don't remember having any sort of trouble at all. Sorry for the rotten luck; hope you get your stuff soon!!

HI. I've ordered from Jasco many times and have never had a problem with receiving my order until this last time. I ordered a top and pair of pants 2 weeks ago, and still have yet to receive them, because they are on back order. Generally, I have my items within 5-7 business days. Perhaps the items you ordered were on backorder.....that seems to be my issue.

I have ordered many times from Jasco with no problem.....till one month ago. I returned two items from a large order and requested two more items. They have NOT given me a credit, a refund, or even a simple email or phone call. I am now working on this daily. WTH is going on over there?

I never had any problems with my orders from Jasco. I use Uniform City more often and have never had any problems from them either. Backordered items always arrived promptly from both companies. Hope this problem resolves for you.

I just went through this with Sears.com (no merchandise, no refund) and worked on it (in other words got the runaround) for two months. I finally got fed up and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau online - resolved in 2 business days. They rock!

I also had a problem w/ Jasco w/ a backorder. Lydia's is very speedy.

Anyone found a good source for tall scrub pants that don't look like Mom jeans (severely tapered legs and full elastic waist)?

I didn't have a problem with Jasco, I had a problem with the carrier for shipment. Apparantly their carrier only delievers to my area every 2-3 weeks and instead of them handing it over to the post office for delivery, they held my packages hostage 75 miles away and told me if I wanted them to drive there and get them. Jasco was of no help. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Cherokee has talls that are mid rise (which is pretty low for me), drawstring waist, and boot cut, pretty cute to me. And pretty inexpensive, I think something around $13, depending on where you order from. Only problem for me is the talls are a smidge too tall and the regulars are too short! (There's got to be more than a 2" difference there!)

I tend to use Allheart for most things, and as long as stuff is in stock, which it usually is, I've yet to have a problem. But I've also used Lydia's and Jasco and had good luck with them as well.

Sorry for the trouble you're having OP!

Thanks guys, I called a few days ago and got nowhere. If I don't have them today, I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card for failure to fulfill service. It's been 14 mailing days now since they've shipped them out.

I have also ordered from allheart and I think I'll stick with them. Great customer service! :saint:

I swear by www.smartscrubs.com. Their stuff lasts forever, great customer service.

I posted the other day about some problems I had with Jasco. I can't find that post. I called Jasco again today because my order is STILL not here. I am so mad because now I have to go buy more scrubs so that I don't have to keep wearing a mix of the 2 tops and 3 pants that I have. I would have driven up to Vernon Hills MYSELF to pick up this order.

Beware if you purchase from Jasco. I purposefully bought more than $90 so I could qualify for the free shipping and they took advantage of me because that "free shipping" has taken 9 days so far (counting Mon-Sat).

I called the other day and the cust. svc. rep. who answered the phone got an attitude with me. I had to plead w/her to be transferred to her manager. The Mgr. told me some line about processing time that's not included in the shipping time. How come the shipping time is quoted as 3-5 days? -- Because they don't add in the processing time! How was I to know they tack on 1-3 days for processing if I didn't ask?

Plus, the free shipping means US Postal Service and that means it'll take more time. (Way to go, Jasco, sacrificing happy customers because they don't want to pay higher shipping rates on customers who purchase enough to qualify for free shipping.)

My order was placed: 2/21/07

My order shipped from Vernon Hills, IL (I live on the north side of Chicago): 2/28

My order was "mailed" at the USPS (picked up by the USPS): 3/3

Arrival: ????

It's really too bad that I have had this poor experience with them. Don't they realize I'll tell the new RNs I work with -- not to mention the ppl on allnurses.com -- that this has happened to me? I just wish I had found this post earlier because I didn't know all these other people had had such terrible experiences with Jasco.

**No offense to the USPS. I am happy with their service.

I order quite a few of my scrubs from all heart also. Always prompt delivery.
