Iguana Med Flex II or Urbane

My scrub tops are starting to fade . I have Dickies sandwashed, but I want to try a different brand. Any good/bad points on either Iguana Med Flex II or Urbane (they have 2-pockets now)? True to size, run small/big? Thank you.

I love my Urbane scrub pants! They run true to size for me, and they keep their length so you don't have highwaters. They have not shrunk. I get the flip waist band ones.
