I did receive my stuff eventually, like 3-4 weeks after my order. That may give you some hope?? One thing i did do, if you search enough online you'll find that the same company has a "front" store in northern Ohio and I think it's called Pizzazz Uniforms or something like that. they have a real phone number and real people there. I don't think they are supposed to do this, but I got one of the managers there to look up my order. Just kind of play dumb, be nice, and see if they'll do it for you. she was able to tell me when it was shipped and few days later it arrived.
