Flattering scrubs for plus sizes?

by lms6241

The only scrubs I have available locally are at Walmart. I can wear the 1x but they hug all the wrong places so I bought the 2x. My sister says they make me look much heavier than I am and I look like a tootsie roll, definately not flattering. I wear a 20 in street clothes and 5'3" with med/large breasts. Can you please recommend some flattering scrubs for me? How is the sizing on the Koi Lindsey pants?

I wear a size 18 or so in regular clothes and I am very tall (6 ft). I prefer the cherokee workwear drawstring flares and I wear an XL tall in them. I know that they also come in petite sizes and go up to 2x. THey are very flattering and comfortable. The lindsay pants are so cute but they are a junior fit and run smaller than the cherokee workwear. I hope this helps!

I am not a fashionable male, but for the ladies, i think SMART Scrubs have some "pretty" scrubs.

I agree that the Cherokee Workwear pants are the BEST. I get the low rise in a Large Tall.

Also the Dickie's W line is nice... Most all of my scrubs are from that line!

I am a 38 FF and I love the Grey's Anatomy tops. The umpire waist hits around mid ribcage which is right below my bustline, and then flares to below the hip. They also have optional two button straps on the side if you need to adjust a bit. I have a tummy too, and they don't make me look pregnant or even very round.

I also love Baby Phat pants (but no the tops, too short for large chested women) they stay put, they have a nice flare that hits the top of the shoe but not the floor, and they have a really nice leg pocket.

Do the Koi tops run small too? What style of Baby Phat pants do you like?

Koi tops do run small but they go up to 3x. I would size up one size.

Hey there! I'm actually the same size as you and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE urbane scrubs! The are very slenderizing AND comfortable and cute at the same time. If the only access to scrubs you have is at Wal-Mart, then you'll have to order these online, but its definitely worth the effort! Good luck with the search!
