Do you buy scrub sets or mix brands?

by lms6241

Do you buy the same brand top and bottom or do you get different brands to mix and match? So far my tops are the same brand and color as my bottoms. If you mix brands, are the colors off or match pretty closely?

I think its best to stay with the same brand..otherwise I found the colors are way off..I have to wear navy blue..and I was surprised how the different the color was between the brands

I mix and match. I wear a lot of floral and cartoon tops (peds, you know) that have a range of possibilities for pants. One of my favourite floral tops has turquoise, lavender and purple with a wee bit of white. I wear it with turquoise or purple pants, and I have tank tops to wear underneath it in turquoise and lavender. They were all bought at different times and from different stores.

I mix & match all the time....usually I do like janfrn & buy multicolored tops that can go w/ a variety of pant colors.

I buy sets when I am getting the top and bottom together in the same color. The navy blue in one brand is usually a bit off from another so they kind of clash or don't match when you were two different brands.

If I am going to do a top with more than one color with a pair of bottoms, I will mix and match. As long as the top isn't also white or a majority of white.

I tend to wear white pants with tops that are mostly white with a dash of color in it. I try to stay with the same brand when buying because we all know whites are different shades with different companies.

I have a bunch of the same brand white bottoms, I have a few tops when put against that brand that look like they might have a yellow tint to them (even brand new), some look to have a tint of silver to the white etc. so I try to stay with the same companies.

I definitely mix n match. I wear alot of holiday scrubs (I'm festive like that :P) but found black, white, and blue scrub bottoms to be a staple.

Depends. I do mostly wear Dickies (because I find them to be the most durable and flattering on me) but I do mix in other tops if I find cute ones.
