Compression hose...too young for spider veins!

  1. 0 I'm young and already am suffering from lower leg throbbing/aching. I have a pair of Dansko's that I love, took me forever to find a pair that didn't rub on my little toe. I alternate those with a good pair of tennis shoes. I have comfortable arch support socks.

I want to start wearing compression hose but I don't know where to start. I have a spot of spider veins on one of my thighs so I'm inclined to get the really long compression hose but I don't know what brand is best, what mmHg to get, should I alternate?

What has worked for you? I am a petite build. I work a M-F job but do procedures and stand a lot.

I'm in the same boat as you! I don't know where to start, but I think I'm going to try the compression calf sleeves first. Hoping they will help with the aching/throbbing legs.

I tried mild knee high recently but they didn't really help much. I'm still in pursuit!
