Ugh, I'm with you....I actually ordered from Best of Scrubs (which is also Tafford) and it was handled poorly. I waited until longer than reasonable, tried numerous times to call (always got referred elsewhere, weren't open, confusing voicemail system, can't get a human) and when I DID get a human, found out that my "in stock" order due to ship in two days was BACKORDERED and might not arrive for weeks! Mind you, I had ordered this in anticipation of GRADUATION, so I didn't HAVE weeks....bottom line is I went nuts on the phone, said if I didn't have my order IN MY HAND in three days I'd cancel and tell all my friends about their "service".... and somehow my order got miraculously delivered within the next few days.

Sorry for the rant....I hate bad customer service, lol....

OP: have you tried eBay? You can get some really great stuff (any stuff, not just scrubs...I have been buying from eBay for several years) at really cheap prices.

Worth checking out

Glad to know I am not alone. How did you get a human????? All I ever finally get is a person in some call center answering calls. I leave a message and I am told someone will contact me in 24-48 hours. After 3 messages I still have not been contacted. I have even threatened with the BBB. No response.

It took me a few tries, but I *think* I eventually tried all their numbers--when you called, did you get a recording telling you to call other numbers (for other catalogs)? I seem to remember that happening, where I called *one* company but got the other or something. Each time they denied THEY were the same company! I tried all sorts of numbers from their various catalogs (they dba as yet a third one, I can't remember which).

Frankly, thinking about it, I think what I ultimately did was call their ORDER center and ask for customer service. Calling the customer service numbers resulted in the fiasco above. Yes, that's it....when I called the order dept and she told me I had the wrong number, I told her I was about to flip out if I didn't get a live human NOW. She got one for me, who told me (naturally) that she knew nothing about why my order was backordered, etc...and she swore someone would call me the next day about the problem (at which point I gave the three-day ultimatum).

Perseverence!

I have called several numbers and I have always been very polite, (with the "call center people"), it is getting me nowhere, i guess i am going to try the ranting and raving approach. I get the same response you descibe when I call the order dept. They say they can only take orders. I have even been told that they do not have transfer buttons on their phones!!! Can you believe that one. I have had it! I hate having to be rude but some people force you into it. Thanks for listening and letting me vent. And thanks for the tips on dealing with these people.

Oh, I've had great luck with this company and buy all my pants here. I luv their tall inseams that are available and the soft fabric.

I'm glad someone did well with them But chances are you didn't have a problem with your order, either....once something has to be "fixed", you're in deep doodoo!

Thought I would update on my battle withTafford. After another call and email, (not as nice this time), I finally recieved an email telling me they do not carry what I had ordered anymore and my order had been cancelled. They could have told me this weeks ago and I could have ordered somewhere else. But just glad to be done with them. I will NEVER order from Tafford again, good luck to you if you decide to.
