Anywear shoes

I'm having a hard time finding shoes that work for me, and even keep trying different heel/arch inserts (my plantar fascitis gets pretty painful at times, 12 hour shifts are not doing me any favors).

Has anyone worn these AnyWear shoes? I tried a pair at a uniform shop, and they were pretty comfy, but since they were pretty cheap (about $30 I think) I wonder if they'll hold up at all. Did they last long? Were you able to get thru a long shift with them? Is there another shoe you would recommend for plantar fascitis?
