Would anyone share their resume?

I am an RN looking for a job in a hospital. One of the other boards here recommended I do a skills based resume. I'm completely unfamiliar with resume writing, as i had my resume done for me. Would anyone be able to post a copy of eir resume or a sample of a skills based nursing resume?

I use a skills based résumé. Here are some examples of "experience" resumes:

I converted to a skills based résumé after a recruiter suggested that I use it...my aunt actually helped give me an example, and I googled the rest. I kept tweaking the information, until the interview requests came in. I was able to secure a position as a PICU nurse at a local children's hospital.
