RN Resume HELP! :)

Hi!! So if everything goes well, I should graduate nursing school (BSN) in a 4 months. I was thinking I should start working on my resume! But I do not know how to write an RN resume!! Like what kind of information should I include? I do not even know how to begin! Does anyone have any suggestions or tips? or websites that can be helpful?

Also, should I already start applying for jobs? or should I wait until I pass my NCLEX?
