Re-entry RN, To put accomplishments-not skills-need help

  1. 0 I am a re-entry RN who left nursing approx. 15 yrs. ago to travel with my husband in the military and raise a family. I am just finishing my BSN program and am required to make a resume with accomplishments rather than skills as they say hospitals/industry know what nurses' skills are. In my previous nursing experience I worked in telemetry and then MICU. I am ACLS certified and a member of the Student Nurses Association and CA NA, was wondering if I should join ANA. Will be inducted into STTI. Have 10 yrs paramedic experience & a couple yrs. organizing and teaching EMT I-P school.

I'm guess my education would go first and then what?, I just don't know what to do with the rest of the resume and cover letter. Do I include what I did so long ago, or just try to get work as a new grad? Can someone please help me with some tips?

Thank you in advance for your help
