    just passed my nclex last week, and now i'm onto the job hunt full force! would anyone care to look over my resume and give thoughts?? i never worked as a cna, so no real healthcare experience to highlight, just clinical.

    thanks in advance!

    Switch "Qualifications" to 'Licensure & Certifications"

    Move "Clinical Experience" up further, right after Qualifications.

    "Created flyers and programs with Microsoft Word and Excel software." --> Remove

    "2.9" ... 3 years old ....

    Provided guidance and mentoring as needed.
    --> remove

    something like that.
