You will Def. Get in the accelerated program if you have a degree already

@ClemsonTiger. You will DEFINITELY get into the program and you might not get a hold of anyone by June 1st. As far as i know when i applied last August I was the only one that got an acceptance letter everyone that i have talked to got there's when they arrived the last week of June to register. Do not worry about getting a letter or talking to someone on the phone if they have you in the system all you need to do is when you come bring copies of your required information (ie SS card, transcripts, you will also need a record of your immunizations for clinical).

I totally agree with the others, I have never heard of Inter turning anyone away, and if you have a BS you are guaranteed to get into the 2 year program, everyone does. Like the others said, its unlikely to get ahold of someone over the phone who can really help. Just show up a week before classes start and go to admissions in person. Thats what myself and some others have done. It can be very different and frustrating how they o things here, but it always works out ok in the end!

I got accepted into the Interamericana Metro. I will be starting in August. I was told that I would have to attend orientation on Friday June 3, 2011. Is there any way that I can register for classes online. Do I have to go to the orientation?

You can register online for regular classes but not nursing courses. I never attended any orientations, regular or nursing. They never even told me when it was.

Are you referring to Inter??? I was told that my orientation will be on June 3, 2011. I plan on moving to PR in July. What is the website where I can register online in English?

I always go to web.inter.edu that's where I signed up for summer courses then I paid for them at the school. If you need more help let me know.

Thanks for the respond. After I sign up for classes do I have to pay right away or will financial Aid cover it??? I qualified for the pell grant. When I attended classes here in Florida, I would sign up for classes and have them deferred until Financial Aid covers them. Will I have to pay out of pocket, then be reimbursed from Financial Aid?

Another question, are you currently attended Inter?

Regarding the orientation, you don't have to attend!! and you try to register online for ALL classes all you need to do in go to interweb and you will need ur ID which if you got an acceptance letter it should be on the, the password is ur date of birth. We have been able to register online even for the nursing classes you can try but if not they will let you register even the first day of school.

I had to pay out of pocket until Financial Aid covers it then get reimbursed. I'm from FL too and I never had to pay out of pocket unless I didn't complete my financial aid file on time (happened once). They're a little slow on FA (inter) so I didn't want to risk being dropped. I am attending the Inter at the moment.

So, if Metropolitan University doesnt have an accelerated bsn, how long does it take to get the bsn there and how much does it cost?
