If you search "F.A.Davis" you'll find a few different podcasts actually.

cthomas - I have 213 for Bloomington and 210 for Lawrence. I didn't apply to the LPN either so hopefully our scores are good enough!

Ugh, last night I had a nightmare about not getting an acceptance letter. I think I'm going to crack before June

I really do not think you have anything to fret about. You have a great score!! The only people that could do better than you would have to have perfect teas scores. The majority of people do not. Most the people I talk to have scores in the 70's or a few didn't pass. At my school, I talked to one girl who had an 86 that was the highest score of people I've talked to in person. She had 1 B for her pre-reqs. I know the people on this forum have high scores. This is a very very small percentage of the applicants. Don't sweat it, you'll get in! Honestly, I feel pretty good about getting in and I have a 206.

all4him7 - Best of luck to you! I hope we both get in for the fall. I'm surprised that you even got anyone to tell you their teas scores. In my micro lab, everyone seems really secretative about them. I'll cross our fingers for the both of us! Our point totals should get us in though. Also, what does your third semester nursing friend think of the program?

lennonninja - thanx for the great links. I think I'll need all the help I can get! Talking to some of the current nursing students is scaring the crap out of me.

Thanks, I hope your right. My friend is in her 3rd semester. She is retaking it, she failed one of the classes (not sure which one) by 1/8 of a point. I heard there was a curriculum change in the last year or so. She felt things got a lot harder her 3rd semester. There a lot of rumors that fly around about the program, I am hoping most of them are not true.

I applied to Indy-Lawerence and Anderson. I prefer Lawerence bacause it's 15 minutes away from me - Anderson is 25.

all4him7 - I've had two students tell me the same thing about the third semester and the curriculum change. One student told me that things are somewhat disorganized from the curriculum change, but thought it should settle down for incoming students. What kind of rumors have you heard? I've started a thread here: http://allnurses.com/indiana-nurses/...vy-383480.html
asking other students and graduates about Evansville's program, but no one has replied yet. I'm a little bit scared because one person even recommended that I try to go somewhere else. This person was pretty unhappy with the program here in Evansville and it wasn't even someone who flunked out. I don't know where you are wanting to work when you are done with school, but I also heard that St. Mary's here in town is no longer hiring ASN's and will only take RN's with a 4 year bachelor's degree. I may also look into USI's program or possibly Henderson Community College if I keep hearing negative things about Ivy Tech's.

Melissa2012, I wouldn't worry too much. I'm guessing the rumors pertain specifically to Evansville's program. You're in Indy, right?

Best of luck to everyone! We still have a nice long wait for those letters.
